Reading the article I am not clear about which of the given watches would u recommend – the pros and cons of each watch.       To answer your question about our recommendations, we have left the selection up to the individual who will wear the watch. Our intention here was to provide sufficient information so that one could make an informed choice, depending very much on their needs. My wife and I are of course wearing fitness trackers every day but our choices may not be right for everyone.
